Elite start lists for 2016 TCS New York City Marathon

Quality fields of elite runners are ready to compete against each other in what promises to be another exciting marathon race on the streets of New York City this Sunday. Kenya's Gladys Cherono had had to withraw from the race due to an injury, but Kenyans are still being represented by some of the best runners in the world.

Mary Keitany and Stanley Biwott will both be seeking to defend their titles. Other Kenyans include Lucas Rotich, Joyce Chepkirui and Sally Kipyego. And there are some other names that sound Kenyan too, like Shadrack Biwott and Moses Kipsiro
